i’ve been really happy with what I got from odionmenswear.com. I bought a shirt and trousers for a wedding, but I’ve ended up wearing them to dinner and a couple of work events too. The fit was nice, comfortable, and smart without feeling too dressed up.

I was feeling mentally drained when I was shopping, so I really appreciated that finding my size was mostly easy. A couple of the colors I wanted were out, which was a little disappointing, but overall it was still a good experience.

I reached out to customer service for help with my order, and it was disappointing. I kept getting vague replies that didn’t really answer anything, and it felt like once they had my money, the helpful service they seemed to promise just disappeared. Definitely had that bait-and-switch feeling. I won’t be ordering from them again.

The fabric feels okay at first, nothing amazing. It’s decently comfortable, but after wearing it for a while it started to get a bit itchy. Also, having to deal with repeated verification was annoying and made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I did get my exchange in the end, and it was okay, actually, I guess it was mostly fine, just took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating.

Overall, the alterations turned out okay. The fit was decent in the end, but the sleeves took two tries, which was a bit annoying when I just wanted it done. Not a bad experience, just not totally smooth either.

The wording here is kind of confusing and feels a bit misleading, like you’re only supposed to say something if the delivery was late. In my case, it actually was late, so I’m posting this. Not a great experience overall

There were loose threads all over the cuffs, and one of the seams started coming apart after I wore it once. From a distance it looked nice, but up close it just felt rushed and cheaply finished. For the price, I expected it to at least hold together. I wouldn’t buy it again...

I’m giving 4 stars because their email reply took longer than I would’ve liked, and I hate waiting around for updates. But the refund itself was handled smoothly enough, so I can’t really complain too much.
